Items and Upgrade Components in World of Warcraft
Upgrading items can be a great way to increase the value of your weapon and armor. Upgrades to common or magic equipment are not worth it, since rare or exclusive items will quickly outclass them.

Items with upgrade components can't be used to create new items.
A suffix is an extra word or group of characters that adds meaning to a different word. For instance -tion in create or phoria in feeling. Suffixes are also able to change the part-of-speech of the word. For instance, English's suffix -er and German's suffix -ismus. They can also alter the spelling of a word. For instance, the adjective defenseless becomes unprotected.
There are a variety of suffixes that range from adjectives, verbs, nouns and adverbs. Suffixes can change the meaning or pronunciation of words. Certain have specific rules. Suffixes can also be used to alter grammatical rules like adding the suffix -ness to words to make them an adjective or -ic to a noun to make it possessive.
In addition to being used to give an additional meaning to words, suffixes may also be used in the names of individuals and places. A single man could have the surname "Paulauskaite" and the wife of a married woman would be able to use "Paulauskiene".
